Break the fast

Mornings are tough. Especially when your boss forces you to eat a disgusting artificially flavored yogurt from the work fridge. No, it was not yet expired, but might as well have been. Next time I'll make sure to tell him I already ate breakfast...a yummy, light breakfast. This morning consisted of one half cup of Trader Joe's greek yogurt, a whole banana, a fresh cup of joe, and Beach House. Happy Tuesday.

Keep it light


Tonight, not unlike any other night, I made myself and my boo a delicious semi- nutritious dinner (depending really on our portion control). After yesterday's Trader Joe's run, I decided to indulge us with this tasty treat. Three tablespoons of pomegranate sorbet, half a pear, banana slices & a dab of honey apple butter. Not too sweet, not too shabby, not too flabby. Been finding some other new foodie gems at smithratliff.com
